[analog-help] distinct hosts just for reporting period?

If a particular host IP address shows up in the log today, and then again tomorrow, will it be included in tomorrow's total? In other words, does the distinct hosts count exclude IP's that are in logs for previous days? In case this is implementation-dependent, I access Analog 5.1 via GoDaddy WebStats online interface (Report Magic for Analog 2.10).
