What does the #Fields: header tell you about the fields in the logfile. Do
any of the fields give an indication of whether any given request is the
first request in a stream? What are the
{3300AD50-2C39-46c0-AE0A-A6C3057D5864} and S80754 fields? Some kind of
cookie or "stream ID", perhaps?
