Thanks again. 
Yes, I did try to specify the date by using 
FROM  061201
TO       061231 
and it did generate the report for the whole month but this is just for
the month of December. My point is to put it on the job scheduler to run
it monthly by using the format
FROM -00-01-01 
TO -00-0131
or 
FROM -00-01-01 
TO -00-0131
It worked for the few months then starting the month of September it
skipped the few days and missed the last few days of the month.
