Try this instead -

/intranet/infobox/crm.nsf/msp/sales+information/ccdv?OpenView

The simple answer is that your FILEALIAS command will work on the string 
that is displayed in the Request Report after the escaped characters (%2f) 
have been converted. Just cut and paste the unaliased string from the 
Request report into yor FILELALIAS command.
