[analog-help] Patch for adding vista support

Since Stephen is busy, and we'd like to know what the adoption of  
vista is among our users, I've taken the ideas from John Harman from  
back in November, and packaged up source files, rpms and a patch to  
the official source.

  If someone has build the windows binary before, and can send it on,  
that would be great, but I'll try to do that later.

Feel free to send me bugs or other compilations of this "mini- 
fork" (and I mean mini, I have no skill here) to me, and I'll list  
them on my page until Stephen has time.
