[analog-help] robot-list

The folks who hosted the robots database have taken it down and the data is no longer available. They claim that they'll be restoring it soon, though so I'll keep an eye on it. See http://www.robotstxt.org/db.html for the statement.

Also, note that the correct URL will be http://www.wadsack.com/robot-list.html (no 's' in robot).
